The Expansive Enneagram

The word expand means to "open up" or "unfold."

This group will explore how the Enneagram helps you expand or open up to a bigger world within yourself where we can move beyond the constraints of our numbers.

 

Although we cannot completely get rid of our personalities (nor would we want to) we will work at the next level to see our patterns with curiosity and compassion as we formulate our growth paths for change.

 

This group is for people who are interested in using The Enneagram for deep inner work. This group is not for people new to The Enneagram or those who have Enneagram experience but have not yet spent significant effort to recognize the automatic patterns of their numbers.

  • Using the Enneagram as a map

  • Using the Levels of Awareness to formulate a nuanced growth path for you

  • Realigning the Centers of Intelligence

  • Using the Arrows to connect to the inner child

  • Challenging The Enneagram Fixations

  • The Enneagram Passions: working to see all manifestations, get frustrated with and start to move towards a different emotional state

  • Enneagram Virtues and Holy Ideas (The antidotes for the passion and fixation!)

  • How to "do the work"

*Although my intention is to cover certain topics, I will adjust the course to the individual group depending on Enneagram knowledge, experience and collective interest.

More details

  • This group/class uses teaching, large and small group discussion, and self-observation to understand ourselves better through the lens of the Enneagram. Practical application and guidance will be provided. 

  • Although anyone can read on their own, Enneagram work is not meant to be done alone. I am confident that along with feeling confident about the intricacies of your number, you will also understand yourself and others to a higher degree. You will be more kind, compassionate and forgiving-- to yourself and others.

  • 12 Weekly meetings, discussion and teaching on Zoom or in person for approximately 2 hours. 

  • Breakout groups

  • A physical Enneagram journal is included

  • Curriculum sent digitally

  • Online Slack group to share questions and observations and communicate with Angie and your other group-mates during the week

  • Supplemental podcasts, videos and readings that may help further understanding of certain topics

  • Discounted rate on private sessions during the 12 weeks
